INGREDIENTS 4-6 Servings
2 each white onions, sliced thin
1 cup seasoned flour
as needed cooking oil
to season

salt

 



METHOD
1. Preheat deep fryer or heat cooking oil in a deep saucepan or pot to 375 degrees F. Place sliced onions in small batches in a bowl and add seasoned flour. Toss onions in seasoned flour while breaking apart. Shake dredged onions well to remove excess flour and carefully add to hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a large plate lined with paper towels. Season with salt and repeat until all onions are fried.
