INGREDIENTS8 Servings
For the stuffed noodles:
1/2 lb.Lean Ground Pork
4 ozs.Shrimp, diced
1 eachEgg
1/3 cupWaterchestnuts, finely diced
1/4 cupCilantro, chopped
1/4 cupScallions, minced
1/8 tspBlack pepper
1/8 tsp.Salt
25 eachWonton wrappers
2 tsp.
Cooking oil
6 eachFresh garlic cloves, minced
1 cupOnion, chopped
1 cup31/40 size shrimp, diced
6 cupsChicken broth
to tasteSalt
to tasteFresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup

Scallions, minced



METHOD
1.Combine ingredients in bowl. Mix thoroughly. Portion filling into wonton wrappers and seal to form stuffed noodles. Refrigerate. In a soup pot, heat oil. Saute onions, garlic and shrimp. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Season broth with salt and pepper. Drop stuffed noodles into broth. Simmer for 15 minutes Stir in scallions just before service. Portion into warm serving bowls. Serve immediately.
