INGREDIENTS 4 Servings
4 each Pork loin chops, 8 oz. each
to season Salt
to season Fresh ground black pepper

For the Mango BBQ Sauce:
1/2 cup Mango puree
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
pinch Red chili flakes
1/2 tsp. Ground ginger
to season Salt
to season Fresh ground black pepper



METHOD
1. Preheat grill or BBQ. Prepare Mango BBQ Sauce by combining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and reserve. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Place seasoned pork chops on grill and cook until done. Baste pork chops with Mango BBQ Sauce for the last 3 - 4 minutes of cooking. Place cooked and glazed pork chops on warm serving plates or a platter.

Serve with additional Mango BBQ Sauce.
