INGREDIENTS 4 SERVINGS
4 each New York Steaks, 8 - 10 oz. each
to season salt
to season fresh ground black pepper
4 each Café de Paris Butter pats
1 each onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup

seasoned flour

 



METHOD
1. Preheat grill. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook to desired temperature. Dredge onion in seasoned flour. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Place cooked steaks on warm serving plates.

Top with pats of Café de Paris butter and crispy fired onions
