INGREDIENTS 8-10 Servings
1 each Crusty French bread loaf

For the Garlic Butter:
3/4 cup Butter, softened
1 tsp. Garlic, finely minced
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. Parsley, minced
¼ tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Black pepper



METHOD
1.

Prepare garlic butter by combining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until well incorporated. Preheat a griddle or a large non-stick pan. Slice French loaf with a serrated knife. Spread garlic butter generously on one side of bread slices. Place bread slices buttered side down on griddle and cook until golden brown.
