INGREDIENTS 1 CUP
3 cups fresh basil leaves, stems removed
2 tsps. garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup toasted pinenuts or walnuts
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
to taste

salt and fresh ground black pepper

 



METHOD
1. Place ingredients in a food processor. Pulse to chop basil leaves and pinenuts / walnuts. Continue to mix in food processor to blend flavors. Check for proper seasoning and adjust if necessary.
