INGREDIENTS 4 SERVINGS
1 lb. red potatoes, medium, washed and quartered
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2tsp. rosemary leaves
to season salt
to season fresh ground black pepper
2 tsp.

fresh parsley, chopped

 



METHOD
1, Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, rosemary leaves and parsley. Mix well. Place potatoes in a bowl and top with olive oil mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well. Transfer seasoned potatoes to a baking pan. Place potatoes in a preheated oven and roast at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until tender. Remove and transfer to a warm platter for service.
